Condition Report
The condition of a work of art is crucial to its value, whether it be on canvas, board, or paper. For a nominal fee, I will provide a written report based on having said work of art in house so that I may inspect it personally. For a fee, I may also employ trained restorers to provide detailed reports, such as if a canvas has been re-lined, what in-painting has been carried out and why, and if necessary, estimate the cost of any restoration required. Verbal condition reports are free of charge.
