Original oil painting on Masonite in its original, heavily detailed frame of Vincent's wife "Colleen". Larry Vincent Garrison (who is recently deceased), was best known as "Vincent" and was heavily influenced by the artist Julian Ritter. Dimensions of the image area measures in at 18" X 36", whereas dimensions of the frame are 25 1/2" X 43 1/2". Condition... the image area does have a few minor, unobtrusive scratches and scuffs as usual with these, however, the varnish has become mottled with nicotine (she came from a smokers house) and could use either a good cleaning or to outright remove and replace the varnish which would make this piece like new again. Also, the fabric matte has yellowed due to the nicotine and could either be cleaned or replaced. In regards to the original frame… it’s still in excellent condition. Overall… this beauty is still very presentable in its present condition and is ready to hang.
