Original painting on canvas by Royal British Academy artist Theodore Hines in original gilt frame. Hines was actively painting from the year 1876 on through to 1889, however, the actual date this piece was painted is unknown. Measurements of the gilt frame are 21" X 25", whereas the canvas measures in at 13" X 17". Condition... this beauty is signed lower left "Theo Hines", has minor craquelure, and a bit of flaking and cracking to the frame. Overall, this piece is in rather nice condition for its age.
